This policy explains how orders placed through ifxrjb.com are processed, dispatched, tracked, and reviewed if a delivery issue occurs.

Order Processing

After payment confirmation and any necessary order verification, orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate periods.

Estimated U.S. Delivery

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time includes both order processing and carrier transit.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs procedures, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the destination and available delivery service. You can review the shipping cost and order total before submitting payment.

Fulfillment and Shipping Origin

Depending on product availability, location, package requirements, and destination, orders may be fulfilled by ifxrjb™ or designated fulfillment partners. The shipping origin may differ from our registered business address. Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and may have different tracking numbers.

Tracking

When tracking information is available after dispatch, it will generally be sent to the email address entered during checkout. A carrier may need additional time to register the first tracking scan after a shipping label is created.
